Effect of robot-assisted radical hysterectomy on perioperative indicators and immune function in patients with early-stage cervical cancer

AbstractObjective：Tinvestigate theefectsofrbot-assistedradicalhysterectoy（RARH）onperioperativeindicatorsandune functioninpatients withearly-stagecervicalcancer.Methods：132patients withearlystagecervicalcaneradmitedtotheSecond AfliatedHospitalofirFceMilitaryMedicalUnivesityfroSeptembertoSeptember22wereselectedTeyeredividednto thestudygroup（n=57）ndthecotrolgroup（n75）acordingtothesurgicalmethod.Laparoscpicadicalhsterectomywaspefoed inthecontrolgroup，andRARHwasperforedinthsudygroup.Surgicalparameters，athologicalfindings，folowupesults，une function，andpostoperatiecomplicatioswerecomparedetweentetwogroups.Results：Comparedwithteotrolgoup，testudy groupshowedsigicantlyducditrapeatielods，ssiaoprativeflidifusiohoteropertietie，lowrther indwelling time，and decreased length of hospital stay （ （P<0.05） .No significant differences were observed in the number of lymph nodes dissected，pelvic lymph node positivity rate，lymphovascular invasion rate， number of patients with Ki- 67⩾30% ，or 2-year recurrence rate （ Pγ 0.05）.Compared to those before surgery，both groups showed decreased CD3+ CD4+ ，IgG，C3，and C4 levels，alongside increased CD8 ζ+ levels at 3 days postoperatively （ P- <0.05）.However，the study group showed significantly higher levels of CD3+， CD 4+ ，IgG， C3，and C4，and significantly lower CD8+ levels than the control group at postoperative day 3 （P<0.05） . Comparison of postoperative complication rates between the two groups also showed no statistically significant difference （P>0.05） .Conclusion：RARH is effective in treating early cervical cancer，which can effctively improve the immune function and promote postoperative recoveryof patients.
