Combined MAP and RENAL scores for predicting perioperative outcomes of robot-assisted partial nephrectomy in Chinese population: a multicenter study

AbstractObjective:Toevaluate thepredictive valueofcombiningtheMayoahesive probability(MAP)score withtheRENALscore forperioperativeouomesinpatientsndergoingbotassistedpartialnephrectomy(AP).Metods:Arrospctivealysisas conductedon5O3patientshounderwentRAPNfromJanuary2015andOctober2022attheFirstAfliatedHospitalofXi'anJiaotong UniversityandteFistAflatedHospitalofNanchangUniversityMutplepreoperativesorngsystemserecalclatedandpared fortheirabilitytopredictintraoperativeandpostoperativeoutcomes.Logisticregressionanalysis,receiveroperatingcharacteistic (ROC)curves,andnomograms wereused toasess thepredictiveperformanceof individual scoresandtheircombinations.Model discriminationandcalibration were further validatedusing Botstrapresampling anddecision curveanalysis.Results:In predicting MIC(Margin,Ischemia,andComplications),theRENALscoreoutperforedtheADUAscore,hiletheMAPandAPFsorsshowed similar predictiveperformance.MultivariateanalysisidentifiedMAP,APF,ndRENALscoresasindependentpredictorsofMIC.The combinationofRENLndMAPscoresyieldedthehghespredictiveacuracy(AUC=068)andshowedgoodclinicalutilityincalibation anddecisioncurveanalysis.Conclusion:ThecombinedmodelofRENALandMAPscoresshowsexcelentpredictivevalueforfavorable postoperativeoutcomsinRAPndcanserveasavaabletolforpreoperatieiskassessmentandindividuaizdsurgicaldcision making.
