Effects of balance disorder rehabilitation robot-assisted training on functional recovery in elderly patients with lower limb fractures complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus

AbstractObjective:Toanalyetheefectsofrehabitationrobot-asstedbalane trainingonlimbfunctionalrecoveryandquality oflifenelderlypatientswithlowerlimbfracturesandtype2diabetesmelitus (TDM).Methods:15Oelderlypatientswithlowrlimb fracturesandTDMadmitedtoNanjingFirstHospitalfromJuly2O21toDecember2O24wereselectedTheyweredividedintohecontrol group(n=75)andteobservationgroup(=7)asedodiferentrehabilittiontrainingmethods.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconetioal rehabilitationtraining,hilethbservatiogroupudewentadditioalbot-assistedalancetrainingalongsideonveioaltraining. Balanceabilityalkingcapacitywalkingfunctiongrade,lowerlifuntion,andqalityofifewerecomparedetweetetgoups beforeadaftertraining.Results:Aftertraining,comparedwiththecontrolgoup,thebservationgroupshowedhigherbalanceability scores,faster3eteraightaingsped,gesrdelngth,ndserdouble-lbupporttie(5).etwooot showedimprovementsinwaingfuctiongade,lowelibfunctiosoes,anduaityoflifeoesftertraing,itteatio group demonstrating significantly higher scores than the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion:Rehabilitation robot-assisted balance trainingcanenhancebalanceability,walkingcapacity,ndlowerlimbfunctioninelderlypatientswithlowerlimbfracturesandTDM while improving their quality of life.

下肢骨折是临床常见的骨折类型,多由暴力因素所致,其发生率随着年龄增长显著升高[1-2],典型表现为患肢疼痛、肿胀、畸形及活动受限,严重者可并发休克、血管神经损伤等,不仅影响患者下肢运动功能,更会显著降低其生活质量[3。(剩余10417字)
