Abstract Cerebral palsy is aleading cause ofchildhood disability.Statistics indicate that80 % of children with cerebral palsy exhibit upperlmbysfunctiodectlyipaingeiralthndctivitisofdailylvingEarlydagosisndetiveinterentioeiical yetconventionaltherapiesfacelimitatiosineficacyduetomultipleconstraints.Inrecentyears,advancesinmechanicaltehology andrehabiliationmedicinehaveenabledthedevelopmentofrehabilitationrobots.Asinteligentmedicaldevices,theserobotshelp compensateforteliitationsofonvenalhabiliatioterapybyablinghigintesityepeitivetaiing.Thesebit pediatricpatietsviaeeiteracton,faciliatingthstorationoftupperfucoandopengnavenesforbiliatio. To elucidatetheeficacyofupperlimbrehabilitatiorobotsforcerebralpalsy,theclinicalresearchfromthepastfiveyearsretrieved fromdatabases icludingCNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,andWebofScienceisanalyzed.Begining withthecurrntstatusofuperlimb rehabilitationirebalpalsyeumiettrapticeasms,tes,icalalicatis,ndseachredsofuli rehabilitation robots,aiming to provide guidance and a foundation for future studies.
