Risk factors and prediction model for intraoperative hypothermia in robot-assisted partial nephrectomy

AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetheindependentriskfactorsforintraoperativehypothermia(IOH)inpatientsundergongrobot assistedpartialnephrectomy(RAPN)andestablishacorrspondingrisk prediction model.Methods: Clinicaldataof10renal tumorpatientswhounderwentRAPatJiangsuProvincialPeople'sHospitalfromJanuaryO23toJanuaryO25wereretrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into the hypothermia group (n=38,core temperature Ω<36.0∘C )and the normothermia group (n=82) based onintraoperativecoretemperature.UnivariateandmultivariateLogisticregresionanalyseswerepefoedtosreenriskfctorsand constructpredictivemodel,withodeleficacyevauatedusing thereceiveroperatingcharacteristic(OC)urve.Results:Uivarate analysisndaedataoidmpraueatfatiei,Idmpeaeetly associatediuceuliatesotfdpure(R9: 0.57),excessveigaionfidvue (OR2.6,9%CI:1.54~6),oloedrativetie(R=395%CI:1)A II (OR=2.34,95%CI:1.1~4.93),andlowrootemperaure(R=0.73,95%C1:0.54099)asdepedetiskfactorsforIOduring RAPN.The model achieved an AUC of 0.891, with sensitivity of 86.8% and specificity of 82.9% . Conclusion: The occurrence of IOH duringRAPNisoselysocatedwithigationmanageent,operatietie,dpatientpsioloicalstatus.Teiskpdiction modelbasedonthesekeyfactorshassignificantclinicalvalue,whichcanprovidequantitativeguidanceforintraoperativeteperature protection.
