Application of evidence-based nursing combined with lean nursing in patients undergoing robot-assisted radical prostatectomy

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheapplicationofevidence-basednursingcombinedwithleanursinginpatientsundergongrobotassistedradicalprostatectomy （RARP）.Methods：128patientswhounderwentRARPattheFirstAfiliatedHospitalofAnhuiMedical UniversityfromJanuary2O23toDecember2O23wereselected.Theyweredividedintothestudygroup（receivingevidence-based nursingcombinedwithleannursing）andthecontrol group（receivingroutine nursing）usingtherandomnumbertable method，with64 patients neachgoup.Itraoperatieiskspschlogicalstatus，selfareabilityndpaievelserecompaedetweentetooup. Results： The incidence of various intraoperative risk events was lower inthestudy group thanthatin the control group （ P <0.05）. After intervention，theHamiltonAnxietyScale（HAMA）andHamiltonDepresionScale（HAMD）scoreswerelowerinthestudygroupthanthose in the control group （ P <0.05）.The Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） scores on postoperative day3 were lower than those on thedayof surgery inbothgroups，andtheVASscoresonthedyofsurgeryandpostoperativeday3werelowerinthestudygroupthanthoseinthecotrol group （ P <0.05）.Afterintervention，thesoresof alldimensionsandthetotalscoreoftheExerciseofSelf-Care Agency （ESCA）scale were higher in the study group than those in the control group （ P<0.05） . Conclusion： The application of evidence-based nursing combined with leannursing inARPnevfvoableoutcos.Itaneancepatints’selfaeabilitymprovenietndepreioe postoperative pain，and reduce intraoperative risks，which is worthy of clinical promotion.
