Clinical application of robot-assisted mastectomy for gynecomastia （with surgical video）

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheclinicaleficacyandapplicationvalueofrobot-asistedmastetomyforgynecomastia（GYN）. Methods：Aretrospectiveanalysis wasconductedontheclinical dataof22GYNpatientswhounderwentsurgical treatment inthe DepartmentofBreastSurgeryatheFirstAfliatedHospitalofZhengzhouUniversityfromJanuary223toSeptember024.Patientswere groupedacodingtohurgicalaproachightpatintsuderetraditioalmasteyviaprareolarisioneredvdedinto thetraditionalgroupinpatintsuderedosoicasteoyviaillyiisioninttdospicgoupndfeaits whounderwentisio-freebotaistedmastectoyintothboticgoup.Peroperativeidators，osoperatieoplatiosnd cosmeticoutcomes werecomparedamong thethregroups.Results：Theunilateraloperativetimeinthetraditionalgroupwasshorter than that in the robotic group and endoscopic group （P<0.05 ）; The robotic group had significantlyless total bilateral drainage volume and shorter drain indwelling time compared to the traditional group and endoscopic group （ P <0.05）. No postoperative complications such as activebledinbuasoodfetdyttallpttspredticical outcomes.ConclusionRobot-asistedmastectomyforGYcanacceleratepostoperativerecoveryandmeetpatients’cosmeticdeands， which is worthy of further research and promotion.
