Precision and risk factors for periprosthetic fractures in robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty

AbstractObjective：Toexploreeprecisionofrobot-asistedtotaliparthroplasty （R-）andaalyeriskfactorsforposperatie periprosthetic fracture.Methods：159patients whounderwentR-THAat Xiangyang Central HospitalfomJuly2O19 toJuly O23 were retrospectivelyinudedImagigparametersandipfunctioalsoresereassesed.Patitsedividedintothfracturegoup（4） andthenon-fracturegroup（n=145）basedonteoccurrnceofpostoperativeperiprosthticfacture.Clinicaldataofpatientsinthewo groupswerecolctedLgisticgressionidentifedidepedentiskfactrsforpiprosticfracturefter-Tandpdictive model wasconstructedusingfitedprobabilityvalues.ThepredictiveacuracywasevaluatedwithROCcurves.Results：Nosignificant diferences were observed in preoperative planning，intraoperative，and 3-month postoperative imaging parameters （P>0.05） ）. Compared withthosebeforesurgery，HarisHipScore（HHS）significantlyincreased，whiletheWesterOntarioandMcMasterUniversitis Osteoarthritis Index （WOMAC） significantly decreased at 3 months postoperatively and final follow-up （P<0.05） .Multivariate analysis identified age ⩾60 years，femalesex，steoporosis，abnrmal femoral morphology，andcementlessprosthesisasindependentiskfactors for periprosthetic fracture after R-THA （P<0.05） .ROC analysis showed that the combined predictorsachieved an AUC of 0.919 95% CI：

0.834to1o），ssitiviyf857，andspeicityof0883Cocsi：R-TAashhproseticposiiongpreisioadellt clinical outcomes. Key independent risk factors for postoperative periprosthetic fracture include age ⩾60 years， female sex， osteoporosis， abnormal femoral morphology，and cementlessprosthesis.
