Application of problem-oriented psychological adjustment strategy in the perioperative period of patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheaplicationof problem-orientedpsychologicaladjustmentstrategyinperioperativeperiodof patientsundergingDaVinciobot-asistedlaparosopicadicalhysterectoyforcericalcanceranditsectonegatieotios. Methods：92patitdetDVicibistedlapaoicdicalhsterofoicalncatteslatd HospitalofAirForceMedicalUniversityfromFebruary2O18toFebruaryO23wereselectedandrandomlydividedintotheontrol group （n=46， receiving routine perioperative psychological interventions）and the study group （ n =46，receiving the problem-oriented psychologicaladjusentstateg）ologialslce，gatiotos，ndualityfleeompdteento ofpatientsbeforeandfterintervention.Results：Comparedwithtatbeforeitervetion，othgoupsshodinreasedorsial dimensions and total scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale （CD-RISC） after intervention （ P <0.05）， and the study group had higher CD-RISC scores than the control group （P<0.05） . Compared to pre-intervention，both groups showed reduced scores on the Selfrating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） after intervention （ P <0.05）， and the study group had lower SAS and SDS scores than the control group P<0.05 ）.Compared with that before intervention，both groups showed increased scores inall dimensionsof theFunctionalAsessmentofCancerTherapy-Cervix （FACT-Cx）afterinterventon（P005），andthestudygrouphadhighrFACT-Cx scores than the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Implementing a problem-oriented psychological adjustment strategy during the

perioperativeperodofDa Vincirobot-assistedlaparoscopicradicalhysterectomyforervicalcanercanefetivelyhancepatints’ psychological resilience，reduce negative emotions，and improve their quality of life.
