linical efficacy and complication prevention in robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty

AbstractObjective:Tivestigatethelinicalefcacyofobotistedtotalrtholasty(-TH)andstrateiesforoopatie complication prevention.Methods:60 patients whounderwent R-THA at Honghui Hospitalfrom January 2O22 to December 2024 wereselected.Teywererandomlydividedintothecontrolgoup(n=3O,receivingconventioalTHA)andtheoservationgroup(n=0, receiving R-THA).Surgicalindicators,prosthesisstatus,hipfunction,andomplicatios werecomparedbetweenthetwogroups. Results:Theobservationgrouphadshorteroperative time,reducedcumulativebloodlossandlesswounddrainageversus thecontrol group (P<0.05) .No significantdiferenceinabductionangle,anteversionangle,orprosthesissafezoneproportionwasobservedat24hours after surgery (P>0.05) . Compared with that 24 hours aftersurgery,both groups maintained stable abduction andanteversion angles at 3 months after surgery (P>0.05) , but the prosthesis safe zone proportion significantly improved ( P <0.05),with the observation group achieving a higher safe zone proportion (P<0.05) .Compared with that before surgery,Hip function scores (painrelief,functional recovery,range of motion,deformity correction) increased in both groupsat 3monthsafter surgery( P- <0.05),and superior outcomeswere achieved in the observation group (P<0.05) .The overallcomplication rate was significantly lower in the observation group than that inthe control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion:R-THAhassigificantadvantages intreatinghipjointdiseaseandpreventionofpostoperativecomplication,which can effectively improve hip joint function while reducing complication risks.
