Abstract:China'sscalion industryhas maintained a stable development trend overallandholdsa dominant position in the nternationalscalionindustry.Thisstudybasedondomesticanditernationalsupplyanddemanddataofsalons, pricefluctuations and cost-benefit analysis ofscallions in China,systematicallyanalyzed the current market supplyand demand,economicbenefitsandmainproblemsof thescalionindustry.Theresearch foundthatatpresent,China's scallionindustryfaces prominent isuessuchassingle variety,lowdegreeofmechanization,ighconcentrationofexportmar kets,insuficient investment insientificandtechnologicalresearchanddevelopment,andlackofanindustryarlywarningsystem,which restrictthe sustainable developmentoftheindustry.Basedonthis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed fromaspects such ascultivating newscallionvarieties,promoting large-scaleplanting,exploring diversified markets,enhancing scallonqualitywith tchnologyand establishingascallion industryearly warningsystem,toimprove theoverallcompetitivenessofChina'sscallion industryand promote high-qualitydevelopmentofthescallion ndustry.
