Analysis of the nutritional components and economic benefit of cultivating Stropharia rugosoannulata with different agricultural and forestry wastes

Abstract:Inorder tosystematicallyanalyze the impact innutritional components and economic benefitsofcultivating Stropharia rugosoannulata with diferent agricultural and forestry wastes,seven kinds ofagriculturalandforestry wastes, including corncob,cornstalk,soybeanstalk,ricestalks,sorghumstalk,mulberrybrancheandbambooscrap wereusedas cultivationsubstrates.Comparativeanalysesweremadeonthedegradationateofsubstrates,theyield,biologicalefiency agronomictraits,nutritionalcomponentsandeconomicbenefitsofS.rugosoannulata.Theresultsshowedthat,thedegradationrateof the tested substrate is 44.89% 75.46% ,thefresh mushroom yield is 20194.50-31645.50kg⋅hm-2 ,thebiological efficiency was 26.93% -42.19%,the amino acid ratio coefficient score(SRC)was 63.97-67.93,the essential amino acid index(EAAI)was48.06-56.59,the biological value(BV)was40.68-49.98,thenutritional index(NI)was 12.80-18.80,the profit was ,and the input-output ratio ranges from 1:1.27-1:2.11. Amongthem,theS.rugosoannulatacultivated withricestalkshas thebestcomprehensiveperformance,withthehighest yield,biologialeiencyegadatiate,AVpofitdptouputatindthstetestgothle. Therefore,rice stalks isaneficientsubstrate forcultivating S.rugosoannulata.Theresultsofthis studyprovideareference fortheresourceutilizationofagriculturaland forestry waste and theoptimizationofcultivation matrix formula of S rugosoannulata.
