Jump Out of Culture to Protect Culture： Exploration on the Protection System of Historical and Cultural Villages and Towns in Chaozhou from the Perspective of "Active Protection and Overall Creation"

Abstract：Basedon thecoreconceptof"active protectionandoverall creation"，thispaperdiscusss thepath toimprovethe protectionsystemofhistoricalandculturalvilagesandtownsinChaozhou.Byanalyzingthebasicroleoftheintegrationof reeindustries，tekeyoleoftourismdrivingandeintegationfunctionoftdisipativestructuresystemofuralidustraliteation （RIDSS），acomprehensiveresearchframeworkincludingtheevaluationofindustrialintegrationabilitythedrivingmechanismof tourismsubsystemandtheevaluationindexofhistoricalandculturalecologicalprotectionisconstructed.Thearticlebelievsatthe integrationofthreeindustriesprovideseconomicsupportfortheprotectionofillagesandtowns，tourismdevelopmentactivatesthe valueofculturalrsoues，andSrealizestesystematicodinatioofultipleelements.Thissystematicprotectionideapro videstheoreticalgdanceandpracticalreferenceforteprotectioofhistorcalandculturalvilagesandtownsinCaozouandsiilar areas.
