Abstract:TheLiethnicgroupisaminorityethnicgroupthathaslivedinHainan Islandforgenerations.Liculturecares te imprintof thelivesndproductionoftheLipeopletroughouthistory.Licharacteristicarchivsaranimporantcarierofthehistor icalevolutionustoms,eligiousbeliefs,andotheraspetsofteLietncgroup.AsanindispensablepartofCinastnccultural system,LiculureisofgeatsignificanceiexploringLicaracteristiculualsourcsandpromotingteostructoofaacte isticarchivesinthecontextofthestrongculturalvoiceofthenewra.ItcannotonlystimulatetheintealdrivingforceofthedevelopmentofLicharacteristicultueiself,utalsoserveasasrategicmeasuretostrengthenteculturalfoundationforteprosper ityanddevelopmentofetncregionsinChina.Thisarticleelaboratesonthevalueofprotectingandinheritingtheculturalhritageof Liethnicharacteristicarchivesinthenewra.Basedonthis,innovativedevelopmentmeasuresforLiethnicharacteristicarchives suchashistorcalanduuralrcies,oracs,nditagbleluralriagarcesaeproposd,inodertoerott andinheritLietnicharacteristicarchivesandestablisharicherandmorecomprehensivesystemofLiethniccharacteristicarchive culture.
