Abstract:Foodculturereferstotetechniquessiences,andartsinvolvedintheutilzationofgredients,fodpreparationand dietaryconsumptionwithinaspecificsocial goup,encompasingcustoms,traditions,deologies,andphlosophiesenteredaound food.Taking DoumenDistrictinZhuhaiasacasestudy,thispaperexplores thedevelopmentstrategiesofculinaryculturalresources inruraltourismdestiatiosfrotepespectiveofintangibleculturalhritageCH.Tesudydsthatfoodcultureandruraltouism aremutuallyeinforcing,withICHfoodservingasavitalarieroflocalculture,enricingtouristexperienceshilepromotingcultur alpreservtion.Asthemainhubofruraltourismin ZhuhaiDoumenshouldleveragetheuniqueappealofitsICHculiaryhritage byintegratigitsprofondstoicaloots,eepengsoueexploratixpandingsalesaelscigarketingod inovating presentationmethods.TisaproachwillhelpestablishadstictivebrandimagforDoumensICHfoodculture,maxiize its tourism value,and contribute to the high-quality,sustainable development of rural tourism.
