教师发展性评价视域下涉农高职院校教师评价体系探究

Abstract：Inthenew era，thedevelopmentof teachers invocationalcollgeshasbecome thekeytoimprovingthequality ofvocationaleducation.Atpresent，theevaluationofteachersinvocationalcolegeshasproblemssuchasfocusingonresults andneglectingdevelopment，insuffcientstraificationandclassficationofevaluationcontent，singleevaluationsubject，rigid evaluationmethods，andlackofevaluationindicatorsforworkcontentinagriculture-relatedfieldsinvocationalcoleges. Therefore，basedonteacherdevelopmentgoals，thispaperexploresandanalyzesascientificandreasonableteacherdevelopment evaluationsystemfromaspectssuchasevaluationconcepts，evaluationcontent，evaluationsubjects，evaluationmethods，and special requirements for teacher development in agriculture-related vocational colleges.
