教师发展性评价视域下涉农高职院校教师评价体系探究

Abstract:Inthenew era,thedevelopmentof teachers invocationalcollgeshasbecome thekeytoimprovingthequality ofvocationaleducation.Atpresent,theevaluationofteachersinvocationalcolegeshasproblemssuchasfocusingonresults andneglectingdevelopment,insuffcientstraificationandclassficationofevaluationcontent,singleevaluationsubject,rigid evaluationmethods,andlackofevaluationindicatorsforworkcontentinagriculture-relatedfieldsinvocationalcoleges. Therefore,basedonteacherdevelopmentgoals,thispaperexploresandanalyzesascientificandreasonableteacherdevelopment evaluationsystemfromaspectssuchasevaluationconcepts,evaluationcontent,evaluationsubjects,evaluationmethods,and special requirements for teacher development in agriculture-related vocational colleges.
