Abstract：Inthenewstageof3Oyearsextensionaftertheexpirationofthesecondroundoflandcontracting，itisvery importanttoinvestigatethepracticeoflandtransferagainstthebackdropoffarmlandownershipconfirmationfordepeningthe reformof thebasicruralmanagementsystem.BasedonthedataofChinaHouseholdFinanceSurvey（CHFS），thispapertakes thepilotprojectofrurallandcontractmanagementrightconfirmationandregistrationasthestartingpoint，constructsaquasinaturalexperimentframework，andusesDDmodeltoidentifythecausalrelationshipbetweenagriculturallandconfirmationand agriculturallandtransfer.Itisconcludedthattheimpactofrurallandownershipconfirmationpolicyonfarmers‘landtransfer behaviorissignificantlypositive;troughthemechanismtest，itisconcludedthatnon-agriculturalemploymenthasplayedarole inpromotinglandtransferbehaviorndtheresultsfinallypasstheobustnesstestFnallaccordingtotheanalysissults，itis proposedtoimprovethelandsystemreform，activelypromotelandcirculation，improvethelevelofnon-agricultural entrepreneurshipoffarmers，broadenthechannelsofnon-agriculturalemploymentchoice，andconsolidatetheconfirmationof farmland rights.
