Abstract：As theexpansionof metropolises intensifies theshortageof suroundingagricultural spaceresources，buildinga modernagriculturalindustrialsystemhasbecomeanimportantwaytobreakthroughthebotleneckoflandscaleandpromote agriculturalmodemization.ThispapertakesNansha DistrictinGuangzhou Cityasatypicalcasetoanalyzethechalengesand transformationneedsfacedbyitsagriculturaldevelopment.Bycombiningtheexistingpracticeandbasicdevelopmentconditions of NanshaDistrict，andundertheguidanceofthetheoryofeconomiesof scopeandeconomiesofscale，adual-dimensional path drivenbynewtechnologiesandnewinfrastructureisproposed：verticallyextendingtheindustrialchainthroughpre-extension breedingandpost-expansionofsalestobuildafullindustrialchainsystem;Horizontallpromoteintealagriculturaltegation andcross-industryintegration.Thispathaimstoprovidepracticalreferenceforruralareasinmetropolisestobuildamodern agricultural industrial system andrealize modernization transformation under theconditionsof limited land space.
