Abstract:With thedeepening promotionof thesmartagricultureconcept，commercial crop protectiondroneservices，serving asakeyenablerforagriculturaldigitaltransformation，arebecomingavitalforcedrivingagriculturalmodernization.Thispaper systematicallyeviwsthecurrntstatusofopprotectiondroneservicesregadingpcydriverstechnologicalintegatiomarket structure,andoperationalmodels.Itdeplyanalyzesthekeybotleneckstheyfaceacrossdimensionssuchasconceptual understandingecoitegatioostivessndistitutioalsfeads.Gidedyesteicningfiellt agriculture,thepaperproposesathree-dimensionalstrategicframeworkcenteredonstrengtheningtop-leveldesign，breaking throughtechnologcalbariers，andimprovingistutionalsafeguards.Thisframeworkcanprovidetheoretcalsupportadpractical pathwaysforconstructingamodemcropprotectionservicesystemcharacterizedas"data-driven，precision-enabled，andgreensustainable."
