Abstract:Basedon theauthor'sown personal experienceasaschool-level undergraduate teaching supervisor,thispaper makesamorein-depthexpositionandsummaryoftheimportance,workcompletionandresultsachieved，teachers’teaching characteristics,ighlightsandshortcomings，ndexperienceofsupervisionworkHighlights,shortcomingsandexperienes,aswell asfutureprospectsforthereformofteachingsupervisionwork.Itclarfesthatteachingsupervisorsplaytheroleofsupervision, inspection,reseachevaluation,informationfedbackandgudanceinndergraduateeducationandteaching;inviewofthain problemsanddeficienciesexistinginundergraduateteaching,suggstionsoropinionsforimprovementareputforwardaimngto promotethecontinuousimprovementandimprovementofundergraduateteachingincolegesanduniversities，andhelpimprove theoverallteachingqualityofcolegesanduniversities;finall，itputsforwardprospectsforthesupervisionofundergraduate teachingincollgesanduniversties，aimingtocontinuouslypromotetheconotativehigh-qualitydevelopmentofundergraduate education and teaching in colleges and universities.
