Abstract:Basedon theauthor'sown personal experienceasaschool-level undergraduate teaching supervisor,thispaper makesamorein-depthexpositionandsummaryoftheimportance,workcompletionandresultsachieved,teachers’teaching characteristics,ighlightsandshortcomings,ndexperienceofsupervisionworkHighlights,shortcomingsandexperienes,aswell asfutureprospectsforthereformofteachingsupervisionwork.Itclarfesthatteachingsupervisorsplaytheroleofsupervision, inspection,reseachevaluation,informationfedbackandgudanceinndergraduateeducationandteaching;inviewofthain problemsanddeficienciesexistinginundergraduateteaching,suggstionsoropinionsforimprovementareputforwardaimngto promotethecontinuousimprovementandimprovementofundergraduateteachingincolegesanduniversities,andhelpimprove theoverallteachingqualityofcolegesanduniversities;finall,itputsforwardprospectsforthesupervisionofundergraduate teachingincollgesanduniversties,aimingtocontinuouslypromotetheconotativehigh-qualitydevelopmentofundergraduate education and teaching in colleges and universities.
