Abstract：WiththeconstructionofRuleofLawinChinaandtheadvancementofruralrevitalizationstrategies，theruleof lawplaysanimportantroleintheprocessofruralecologicalandenvironmentalgovernance.Undertheguidanceofthepast policyofgivingprioritytothedevelopmentofeavidustryhinascosystemhasbnseverelyamaged，hichsrerd aseriesofpracticalproblemsinthegovernanceofruralecologicalenvironmentinChina，includingbutnotlimitedtogovemance subjects，govemanceobjectsandgovernancemethods.Inordertosolvethisproblem，wecomprehensivelyadopttheliterature researchmethodandcaseanalysismethod，drawon"Fengqiaoexperience"，andexplorenewpathsforthelegalgovernanceof ruralecologicalenvioentaroundteaspetsoflegtiolawforement，justind"digialgoveane"isxptedto buildanewsystemofcologicalgovemance，createanewsituationintheecoogicalenvironment，andhelpruralrevitalizationto a new height.
