Abstract:Buildingastrongteamofprimary-levelagriculturaltechnologytalentsandreatingateamof"agriculture,rural areasadruralresidents"whounderstandagriculture,lovethecountryside,andloveruralresidentsisnotonlyaworkrequirement deployedbythecentralgovernment,butalsoanurgentneedforprimarylevelpractice.Asatargetedtrainingunitforagricultural technologyandspecial poststudentsinHunanProvince,Changde Vocationaland TechnicalColegehasundertakenthetrainingof specialpoststudentsin：twomajors:modernagriculturaltechnologyandanimalhusbandryandveterinarymedicineforfive consecutieyearsuntil2O25.ThestudyconductedaspecialsurveyontheDongtingLakeareaof HunanProvince,analyzedthe demandfortalentqualityofprimary-levelagriculturaltechnologydepartents，anchoredthekeyfactorsfortheargetedtrainingof primary-levelspecialagriculturaltechnologypostpersonnel，andbuiltatargetedtrainingmodelforprimary-levelagricultural technologyandspecialostsudentsof"regioalevelopent,ombinationoffaringandadingandiversifedcolabatio",n ordertoprovideuseful referenefor the training of primary-levelagricultural technologyand special post talents.
