Abstract:Thisstudyexploresthesignificanceofenhancingfarmers'legalawarenessanditsroleinruralrevitalization.It highlightstheimportanceoflegalknowledgeforfarmersightsprotectionanddilylifeandproductionndemphasizesthatthe governmentshouldstrengthentheconstructionofrurallegalculture，buildlegaleducationfacilies,andpromotethe popularizationoflegalculturethroughdiverseacties.Thestudyalsosugestspromotingthetraditionalrurallegalcultureand diseminatinglegalknowledgebyintegratingmoderninformationtechnology.Attheinstitutionallevel，itisrecommendedto improvetherurallegalsystem,strengthenlegalsupervisionandmanagement,ensuretheefectiveimplementationoflawsand regulations,createafairandtransparentlegalenvironmentfornewprofessionalfamers，andpromotetheimplementatioofthe rural revitalization strategy.
