Abstract：Large-scalescientificresearchinstrumentsrepresentedbyscaningelectronmicroscopyareakeyforcein promotingthedevelopmentofdisciplinesinuniversitiesandavaluableresourceforcaryingouthigh-qualityexperimental teaching.Inordertoimprovetheroleofscaningelectronmicroscopyinthecultivationofundergraduateinnovativetalentsand enrichtheundergraduateexperimentalteachingcontentofbotanythefernPterisvitatawasselectedasanobservationcase，and asetofexperimental teachingplanscovering theexplanationofexperimental principles，electron microscopesamplepreparation， operationstepsandacurateexpresionofplantmicrostructuresurfacetopography.Thisexperimentaldesigncanalow undergraduatestudentstohaveadeepunderstandingofscaningelectronmicroscopy，efectivelyimprovestudents‘operating skill，deepentheirunderstandingofbotanyrelatedknowledge，stimulatestudentsinterestandinovativethinkinginexploring themicroworld of plants，andlayafoundation for cultivating creative talents to lead the future.
