Abstract:Large-scalescientificresearchinstrumentsrepresentedbyscaningelectronmicroscopyareakeyforcein promotingthedevelopmentofdisciplinesinuniversitiesandavaluableresourceforcaryingouthigh-qualityexperimental teaching.Inordertoimprovetheroleofscaningelectronmicroscopyinthecultivationofundergraduateinnovativetalentsand enrichtheundergraduateexperimentalteachingcontentofbotanythefernPterisvitatawasselectedasanobservationcase,and asetofexperimental teachingplanscovering theexplanationofexperimental principles,electron microscopesamplepreparation, operationstepsandacurateexpresionofplantmicrostructuresurfacetopography.Thisexperimentaldesigncanalow undergraduatestudentstohaveadeepunderstandingofscaningelectronmicroscopy,efectivelyimprovestudents‘operating skill,deepentheirunderstandingofbotanyrelatedknowledge,stimulatestudentsinterestandinovativethinkinginexploring themicroworld of plants,andlayafoundation for cultivating creative talents to lead the future.
