Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofruralrevitalizationandtheorganiccombinationofrural governancetechniquesandroads inthecntextofmoderinformationtechnologydigitalruralconstructionfromtheperspectiveofgovernancemodernizationhas becomeoeoftheprioritiesofruralwork.Withthevigorousdevelopmentofdigitaltechnologyitstechnicallogicandinovative thinkinghavebroughtunprecedentedchangesandreshapingtotheruralgovernancemodel.Asarefinedmeans，digitalvilageis highlyinlinewiththeactualneedsofmodernizationandscientificruralgovemance，givingruralgovernanceabroadenabling space.However，duringtheconstruction process，problemssuchasthelackofanoverallplaning mechanism，thelowlevelof ruralpeople'sparticipationidgialcostructioinsucientinteationofdigialplatfosandteshortageofuralfundsnd talentsledtoinsuffcientinfrastructure.Basedonthemainexistingproblems，wenowputforwardrelevantcountermeasuresand sugestiosonpromotingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofdigitalruralconstructionfromtheperspectiveofgovernance modernization.
