Abstract:Theruralteacherincentivepolicyaimstostimulateteachingeficiencybyimprovingcareersatifactionandenseof belonging.Itisakeymechanismtoensurethestabilityoftheruraleducationteamandthesustainabilityofprofesional development.ThisresearchisbasedonanempiricalanalysisofruralteacherincentivemechanismsinGuangxi,andconducts multi-dimensionaldeconstructionsfromthreedimensions:institutionalstructureexecutionefectiveness,andsupervisionand evaluation.Thestudyfoundthatthereisroomforimprovementincurrntpoliciesintemsoftargetpositioning,measure adaptabilityandimplementationguarantees.Basedonthis,itisrecommendedthatGuangxibuildamulti-dimensionalincentive systemandimplementdiferentiatedincentiveplansbasedonthetheoryofteachernedslevels;strengthenorganizational coordinationandresourceguaranteeinthepolicyimplementationprocess,andimprovethepolicycommunicationmechanismto cultivate asocialeologythatrespects teachersandvalueseducation;Atthesametime,establishadynamicmonitoringsystethat combinesgovernment-led,third-partyparticipation,andsocialsupervision tobuildatwo-wayinteractivepolicyfeedbackloop.
