Abstract：Aftermore thantenyearsofplanning anddevelopment，China'snewenergyvehicles havebecomeanimportant forceinthe world'sautomobile transformation.China has become thecurrent world'slargest exporterofautomobiles. Underthebackgroundofthe integration ofautomobiles with new technologies in the fieldsof energy，information technology，andintellgentinternetconnection，newenergyvehicleshavebecomeanimportant growthpoleandacaier forintegratingnew technologies，andhavealsobecomeakeyproductofChina’sforeign tradeexports.Thecurrent global situation is turbulent，withunilateralismand tradeprotectionismontherise.The shortageofRusianautomobilescaused bythe Rusia-Ukraineconflict has brought newopportunities forChina’s exportof new energyvehicles，and Russia hasbecome thecountry with the highest automotive export volume to.China.As the most important strategic partnerof China's BeltandRoad Initiative，Rusiais alsooneof the most important target markets for the export ofnew energy vehicles.This paper mainly introduces the development status of Russian automobile industry，therelevant regulatory agencies，regulationsandsandardsforutomobiles，ndmarketacesmodel，andputsforwarduggestionsfortheeport of China’s new energy vehicles to Russia.
