Application of QC Activities in Reducing the Loss Rate of Packaging Boxes during the Packaging Process of Baijiu

Abstract:Inorder to solve the problem of high lossrate of wine boxes in the packaging process ofbaijiu,various QC toolssuchashierarchicalmethod,fsbonediagram,andbrainstormingmethodareusedtoinvestigatethelossiation of wine boxes on the A#Σ production line ofa baijiu company.Through analysis,it is determined that the main cause of the high loss rate of wine boxes is the scratches ontheboxes.Then thekey factors are identified and thecorresponding measuresare put forward.Theresults showthat: carryingoutheQCactivities reduces the loss rate ofwine boxes onA# production line to less than 0.26% .With the loss rate of wine boxes greatly reduced,good economic and social benefits canbeachieved, which hascertainreference value forimproving thequalityandsaving costs ofbaijiu packaging process.
