Abstract:This paperdiscussesthenecessityfeasibilityandtechnicalpathof introducingthedigital polymerasechain reaction(Digital PCR)technologyintothequantitative detectionof ejiao content.Throughacomprehensive evaluationof ejiao samples,combined withDigitalPCR'sadvantagesofhighsensitivityandabsolute quantification,this paperproposes asystematictestingprocess,including thedeterminationof thesamplepopulation,thesetingoftechnical indicators and qualitycharacteristics,sampleextractionandtheevaluationof testresults.The study shows thattheDigital PCR technologycanefectivelyimprovetheaccuracyofquantitativedetectionofejiaocontentandprovidereliablequalitydata for the industry.
