Abstract：This paperdiscussesthenecessityfeasibilityandtechnicalpathof introducingthedigital polymerasechain reaction（Digital PCR）technologyintothequantitative detectionof ejiao content.Throughacomprehensive evaluationof ejiao samples，combined withDigitalPCR'sadvantagesofhighsensitivityandabsolute quantification，this paperproposes asystematictestingprocess，including thedeterminationof thesamplepopulation，thesetingoftechnical indicators and qualitycharacteristics，sampleextractionandtheevaluationof testresults.The study shows thattheDigital PCR technologycanefectivelyimprovetheaccuracyofquantitativedetectionofejiaocontentandprovidereliablequalitydata for the industry.
