Abstract:The dosing ofoxidizing biocides inthe circulating watersystemisof vitalimportanceforcirculating water treatment.Efective microbialcontrolincirculating waterhelps ensurethestableoperationofthesystem,educethe water replenishmentvolume,minimize thedepositionand corosion caused bymicrobial slime and sediment,and prevent the declinein heat exchanger effciencydue tomicrobialslimedeposition,therebysaving energyconsumption forusers.This paperanalyzesandcompares the microbialcontrol effectsof threedosing methods ofoxidizing biocides in the circulating watersystem:timeddosing,dosingcontroledbyoxidation-reductionpotential(ORP),and dosingcontrolledbyresidual chlorinemeters.Itprovides technicalguidanceandsupport forusers toaccuratelyselect theappropriate dosing methodof oxidizing biocides to ensure the safe operation of the circulating water system.
