Abstract:Inrecentyars,fodsafetyncidentshaveoccurredfrequently.Cateringfood,astheterminalofthefoodchain, carries potential food safetyrisks ofmultiple linkssuchas foodcutivationand breeding,food productionand processing, andeve food circulation.This paperaims to analyze thecausesand hazardsoffoodsafetyrisksin thecatering service sector,and propose innovative preventionandcontrolmeasures,providingareference forensuring the public'ssafetyof catering food and improving industry regulatory level.
