Historical Process and Development Suggestions of Standardization of Official Documents

Abstract：Theoffcialdocumentsaredocuments withspecificvalidityandstandardizedformats，andareusedbytheParty andgovernmentinsitutions toexerciseleadership，performfunctions，ndhandleofcialafairs.heyreimpotanttoolsfor conveyingandimplementingtheprinciplesandpoliciesofthePartyandthecountrypromulgatinglaws，regulationsandrules， guiding，arrangingandnegotiating work，requestinginstructionsandresponding toquestions，aswellaseporting，notifng and exchanging information.This paper brieflydescribes the historical processofthedevelopmentofofficialdocuments， summarizesthecurrentdevelopmentstatusofthestandardizationofoffcialdocuments，analyzes theproblems facedbythe standardizationofoficial documents，and puts forwarddevelopmentsuggestions forthe standardization，normalization， digitization and informatization of official documents in the context of the development of AI.
