Application of Cochran and Grubbs Tests in Precision Experiments in Standards

Abstract:TheCochranand Grubbs testsareimportantcomponentsofstandarddataqualityasurance.Theirapplication instandardscanhelpavoid incorrectanalysis resultscausedbydataproblems,ensureconsistencyandaccuracyof the variance of dataof precision experiments,and identifyanddeal with outliers,which will improvethereliability and effctivenessoftheentire standard verificationprocess.Taking thedataof precision experimentoftheinitialdischarge capacityand initialchargeaswellas thedischarge effciencyofbuttonbatteriesas examples,this paperdescribes the method of processing precision testdata using Cochran’s testand Grubbs’test,as wellas thecalculation methodof repeatabilitylimitandreproducibilitylimit,whichprovides technicalguidanceandsupportforexperimentalverification methodsin the development instruction of standards.
