Abstract：This paper brieflydescribesthedevelopment statusofprocessmanagement standardizationofavionicsathomeand abroad.Itanalyzes thedevelopment trendsinavionics technology，andthechallengesfacedbycurrentprocessmanagement standardizationofavionics.It explores technical pathwaysand directionsforfuture standardizationsystemconstruction inavionics processmanagement，andproposes keystandards from threedimensions：technicalmanagement，development management，and processmanagement.Throughsystematicplanningofthedevelopment directionandprioritiesofstandards foravionicsprocessmanagement，whichcoversthefullifecycle，thepaperaimstoguideandpromote thedevelopmentofkey standards，supporting the high-quality growth of new-generation avionics products.
