Abstract：This studytakes NuctechCompany Limitedasacaseto systematically explore thepathand mechanism for technology-driven enterprisestoenterglobal markets byinternationalstandardization.Basedonstrategic management theoryandtechnologicalstandardizationtheorythroughcasestudyalysisndempiricalresearchitevealsthedamic synergy betweenanenterprise'sstandardizationstrategies，ndtechnologicalinnovationandindustrialapplication.The key findings include： （1） The establishment of a closed-loop evolution mechanism of“technology R&D $$ patent portfolio $$ standards development $$ industrial application”is critical for overcoming international technological barriers; （2）A dynamic managementmechanismforstandards，drivenbyatwo-dimensionalmodelofmarketmaturityandtechnologymaturityenables theperspectivenessanddaptabilityofsdardslayout; （3）Afourimesioalgaranteestemtegatingogazation， talent，fund，ndsystems，laysaninstitutionalfoundationforcontinuousenhancementofstandardizationcapabilities. This researchprovidesareplicable theoretical modeland practicalparadigm for Chinese enterprises to participatein global governance through international standardization.
