Abstract：This paperuses the X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy to establish analytical working curves for the six componentsofoxides，andverifiestheaccuracyand precisionanalysis.Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheaccuracy and precision of using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy to analyze the content of multi-component oxides meet the requirementsofanalyticalwork，andtheoperationissimpleandeasywithhighanalysisefciency.Itcanacuratelyand reliably conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of the multi-component oxides.
