Abstract：This paper focuseson the constructionofan inspection and testing system for food standardization.By analyzingtheunevendistributionofdetectionresources，insuffcientregulatorycoordinatio，andtheneedtoimprovethe credibilityofdetectiondata，targetedcountermeasuresareproposed，using literatureresearchandcaseanalysismethods. The measures include：optimizingresourceallocation，implementing plans toshiftmoreresources tothe grassroots level， andestablishngregionaldetectionalliances;strengtheningcollaboativesupervision，andbuildinginformationplatforms and jointlawenforcementmechanisms；standardizingthe testingmarket，increasingsupervisionofprivateinstitutions， and unifying reporting standards，which aims to improve the system and ensure food safety.
