材料化工企业数字化转型研究

——智能制造成熟度诊断案例分析

摘要：本文运用GB/T 39116-2020智能制造能力成熟度模型，基于近6万家制造业企业评估诊断数据，分析了我国材料化工行业数字化转型的现状及面临挑战，并选择成都市材料化工企业作为案例进行分析。研究结论丰富了智能制造成熟度模型的相关研究成果，也可为材料化工企业数字化转型提供有益借鉴。

--Case Study Based on Maturity Model of Intelligent Manufacturing Capability

Abstract： This articletakes the GB/T 39116-2020 Maturity Model of Intelligent Manufacturing Capability to analyze the development and challenges of digital transformation in material chemical industry， based on diagnostic data from nearly 60 000 manufacturing enterprises. Also， the paper selects material chemical enterprises in Chengdu as case study. The research findings can provide valuable insights for the digital transformation of material chemical enterprises.
