摘要：本文从新型云数据中心概述、新型云数据中心建设的集成管理出发，对新型云数据中心建设项目的管理体系进行了深入探讨，并结合云数据中心建设的成功案例，分析了新型云数据中心建设中的项目管理关键点，以期能够为大型企业的云数据中心建设提供有益的参考。
