Challenges and Solutions for the Dietary Health of Personnel Engaged in Long-Term Offshore Operations

Abstract: This article analyzes the challenges of long-term offshore operations on the dietary health of relevant personnel,including insuffcient supplyoffresh ingredients,limited food storageconditions,imbalanced dietary structure,and unhealthy eating habits,based on the special nature of the offshore operating environment and personnel needs. Based onmultidimensional perspectives such as food supply chain optimization, preservation technology application,nutritional intervention,and psychological health regulation,acomprehensive solution is proposed to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving the dietary health levelofoffshore operators.
