Abstract: Food quality and safety is an important issue related to public health and the national economy and people's livelihood. With the continuous advancement of science and technology, food testing technology plays a key role in ensuring food quality and safety.This paper expounds the application of food testing technology in food qualityand safety testing,analyzes itsadvantages and limitations,and looks forward to the futuredevelopment trend of food testing technology,aiming to provide a reference for further improving the level offood quality and safety.
