Abstract： With the rapid development of modern food industry，food additives have become an indispensable part.Theyare widelyused to improvethecolor，aroma，taste，and extend the shelflifeoffood.However，improper use of food additives also poses potential risks to food safety. Therefore，this paper analyzes the impact of food aditives on foodsafety，and puts forward effectivecountermeasures todeal with the safety problems caused by food additives，in order to meet the needs of consumers for healthy， safe and high-quality food.
