Abstract: Ensuring food safety is the statutory duty of food production companies and is also the main responsibilitythat brand owners should bear as the entrusting party.This article analyzes the problems existing in the factories of original equipment manufacturers (OEM) offood from seven aspects and discusss the development strategiesof OEM factorymanagement for reference.
