Research on Salmonella Detection Method Based on Phage Biosensors

-A Case Study ofLive Salmonella Detection in Fresh Meat

Abstract: Traditional detection methods for Salmonella contamination in fresh meat have limitations such as long time consumption,insufficient sensitivity,and inabilitytoacuratelydistinguishbetween liveanddead bacteria. Bacteriophage biosensor technology provides a new approach and effective means for detecting live Salmonella bacteria due to its high specificity,rapid detection,and high sensitivity.This article systematically explains the detection mechanismand principle of Salmonella detection method based on phage biosensors,explores its technical advantages and applications in the detection offresh meat,and proposes targeted optimization solutions based on interference factors in practical applications, inorder to provide theoretical basisand technical support for the rapid and accurate monitoring of Salmonella in fresh meat.
