Discussion on Internal Quality Control Methods in Food TestingLaboratories

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the internal quality control methods of food testing laboratories, first introduces the quality control methods such as reference material comparison method,repeated test verification method,and retained sample retest traceability method,andthen proposes application measures suchas standardizing the experimental process,strengthening personnel training,and building a supervision system,aiming tocontiuously optimize the quality control methods,provide reliable data support for food safety supervision,and ensure the health of the public's diet.
