Survey on the Hygiene Status of Tableware in Anqiu City in 2024

Abstract： Objective： To investigate the microbial status of tableware in Anqiu cityand provide data support for targeted supervision by the government.Method： Random sampling ofthe microbial status of chopsticks，bowls and plates used incatering units inAnqiucityin 2024 was carredout.Result： Atotal of240 tableware were tested， with a qualified rate of 80.83% . Among them， the detection rate of coliform bacteria was 17.92% ，which was the main problem microorganism. The unqualified rate of snack stalls was 29.07% ，which was the place with the most serious problem; the unqualified rate of bowls was 20.63% ，which was the main problem tableware; the unqualified rate in the third quarter was 23.46% ，which was the most prominent period of the problem. Obvious spatial aggregation phenomena appeared in Dawenhe Tourism Development Zone， Xing'an street and other places. Conclusion： There is a“place-tableware-time and space”aggregation phenomenon in tableware in Anqiu city. It is recommended to carry outtargeted supervision on key areas ofsnack stals and small restaurants，and strengthen sterilization trainingand guidance.
