Research on Legal Issues of Food Safety Supervision in Tourist Attractions

Abstract: With therapid development of the tourism industry,food safety issues in scenic spots have become increasingly prominent, drawing significant public attention. However, the supervision of food transactions in scenic areas is rather challenging,leading to frequent food safety incidents that seriously threaten the health of touristsand the developmentof the tourism industry.Therefore,an in-depth studyofthe legal issues related to food safety supervision inscenic areas is of great theoretical and practical significance for improving relevant laws and regulations,enhancing supervision eficiency,ensuring food safety in scenic areas,and promoting the healthy development of the tourism industry. This paper starts with the concept of food safety supervision in scenic areas, analyzes the existing problems,and explores the paths to improve the food safety supervision system in China's scenic areas.
