Abstract： In recent years， China's food safety testing technology is constantly updated，and the detection mechanism is increasingly sound.These detection technologies can provide necessary technical support for ensuring food qualityand the application of various advanced detection technologies has been basically mature.Food quality and safety testing technology can not only provide a good food consumption environment for the public，but also effectively maintain the normal order of the food market.In viewofthis，this paper analyzes the application status and innovative research and development of food quality and safety testing technology，and empowers food quality management by technical means， so as to effectively ensure food safety.
