Polydopamine-Functionalized Prussian Blue for Aptamer Sensing of Aflatoxin B1

Abstract: This article improves the traditional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and establishes a novel immunoassay technology based on enriched polydopamine Prusian blue nanoenzyme and adapter binding for high-sensitivity detection of aflatoxin B1 (AFT B1, ). The results showed that the immunoprobes functionalized with polydopamine and binding to adapter Prussian blue were successfully synthesized; under the optimal reaction conditions, the regression equation for the AFT B1 colorimetric signal is A652nm=0.101gc(AFTB1)+0.72 ,with a detection limit of 0.22pg⋅mL-1 , verifying the good specificity of this method; In the detection of AFT ΔB1 in rice samples, the recovery rate ranged from 96.41% to 111.19% ,indicating that this method has broad application prospects in the detection of food AFT B1 :
