电商背景下烟台水产加工企业发展路径探究

摘 要：水产品加工作为渔业生产的延续，对整个渔业的发展起着至关重要的作用。近年来，随着互联网的发展，水产加工行业结构发生很大变化。本文在电商背景下，结合山东省烟台市水产加工企业发展现状及存在问题，从产业结构调整、提高竞争力、自主创新等方面，对水产加工企业的发展提出对策建议。

Abstract： As a continuation of fishery production， aquatic product processing plays a vital role in the development of the entire fishery. In recent years， with the development of the Internet， the structure of the aquatic product processing industry has undergone great changes. In the context of e-commerce， combined with the development status and existing problems of aquatic product processing enterprises in Yantai city， this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of aquatic product processing enterprises from the aspects of industrial structure adjustment， improvement of competitiveness and independent innovation.
